Shipping policy
For US Domestic and Canada Orders:
We're committed to getting your order to you as swiftly as possible. Here's how shipping works for orders within the United States and Canada:
- Orders at $99 or under: A flat-rate shipping charge of $5 applies. This is fulfilled via USPS First Class.
- Orders over $99: You get to enjoy free economy shipping. This is fulfilled via USPS First Class.
We usually send out in-stock items within 3 business days, not including holidays and weekends. After we ship your order, we'll email you a tracking number and information about when it will arrive.
- 48 Contiguous States in the US: Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 5 to 8 business days.

Alaska & Hawaii: Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii can expect standard delivery within 5 to 8 business days after the shipping and handling date.
- APO/FPO Addresses: Orders to APO/FPO addresses generally arrive within 9 to 12 business days (estimated) after the shipping and handling date. Please note, express and expedited delivery options are not available for APO/FPO addresses.
- Canada: Orders usually arrive in 11 to 20 business days after shipping.
We do not ship on weekends or the following US holidays:

For International Orders:
We offer a flat shipping rate of $20 USD for international orders. This is fulfilled via USPS First Class. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We usually send out in-stock items within 3 business days, not including holidays and weekends. The delivery time for international orders depends on your location. After we ship your order, we'll email you a tracking number and information about when it will arrive.

Lost Packages:
While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery process, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. If you believe your package may be lost, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking information to file a claim. We'll do our best to assist you in this process and provide any necessary documentation.
