What's the return window for my purchase?

You can return any eligible items, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags, labels, and no dirt, within 21 days from the date you received them. If you return an item without its original packaging, a damage fee may apply. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges outside of the 21-day window. Please ensure you initiate your return within this timeframe.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please enter your email via this link. We'll then provide you with a login code to begin the return process. Please ensure you use a shipping service with tracking for your return. Keep in mind that you're responsible for the return shipping fees and any additional import charges.

Can I return 'Sample Sale' items or "Final Sale" items?

Sample Sale items and those labeled as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can I return earrings or necklaces?

Earrings and necklace are final sale and non-returnable.

How are gift returns handled?

Gift returns will be processed as store credit, which we'll issue to the gift recipient. To start a gift return, email us at hello@chocolatcouture.studio with the buyer's name and your shipping address.

When can I expect my refund or exchange after initiating a return?

Once we've processed your package, expect your refund or exchange to be processed within five business days.

What if I want to exchange an item, but the size I need is not available?

Due to limited quantities, we may or may not have the sizes available for exchange. In such cases, we recommend processing the item as a return and making a new purchase.

What is the return policy for Pre-Order Items?

If you purchase an item during a pre-order, you'll be charged to secure your reservation. Pre-order items can be returned within 21 days from receiving the item.
